This privacy policy explains the manner in which White River Capital Fund I OFC (“White River”) collects, processes and maintains personal data about you pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong), as amended from time to time and any laws, regulations, codes of practice or orders promulgated pursuant thereto.
